Strike Industries has launched the Strike Polymer Handguard designed for AKM and KP-9 platforms. This updated version features enhanced compatibility with double-sided adapters, M-LOK slots for accessories, and a heat shield for wire organization. Made from impact-resistant SI Polymer Extreme, the handguard offers a comfortable grip with an anti-slip design.

As an update from our previous KP-9 Handguard, what we’ve done is bolster that design with a heat shield and an adapter set allowing for maximum cross-platform compatibility. It comes with two double sided adapters to make it possible to install the handguard on various AK platforms.
With this new Strike Polymer Handguard, users will be able to fully utilize this platform with M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions for maximum amount of space to attach essential parts and accessories. Whether that’s a laser/IR device, a weapon light, or ergonomic parts such as fore-end grips or hand stops, this handguard will take them all. The 6 o’clock M-LOK slots are also embedded with an injection-molded metal plate for additional strength when securing grip attachments.
With the new internal heat shield, users can organize their wires inside the handguard while being protected from high temps.
Even without additional attachments, the handguard on it’s own is extremely comfortable to hold with its anti-slip pattern design. Users will find that their fingers will comfortably fit the handguard’s grooves on the bottom side. This handguard is also made out of our SI Polymer Extreme material – making it extremely impact resistant.”
