SOG has debuted their latest in fixed blades knives with the new Ether FX fixed blade knife.

Full-length jimping along the spine and at the rear tang provides exceptional control, regardless of cutting medium or environmental conditions.
SOG also took the engineering of this blade one step farther by recognizing that not all hands are created equal, nor are all wielding styles identical. That’s why the Ether FX was constructed with removable handle scales, which add both functionality and style with their blaze orange coloration and G10 composition, while also offering a solid hold through the most aggressive cutting jobs. And, for users that prefer a more slender grip or reduced weight, the Ether FX features a unitized design with full-body tang and removable scales that simplify cleanup after each use. With or without the scales, the Ether FX is easily controlled with the generous spine, tang jimping and forward finger groove.
