MDT is pleased to announce the release of Rifle Control Points, a pair of ergonomic aluminum thumbshelves designed to give PRS and NRL competitors a consistent reference point for the support hand when shooting off a support bag.
Control Points mount anywhere along a standard M-Lok forend, giving shooters infinite positional adjustment to match their hand size, shooting style, and bag setup. The V-hull profile engages the bag and improves recoil tracking, while built-in texture on the thumb interface maintains grip in wet or dirty conditions.
Designed for positional competitors who demand consistency from stage to stage, Control Points give the support hand a fixed index point so shooters can build the same position every time they get behind the rifle. The low-profile form factor is smaller than a standard chassis weight, with the adjustability and bag engagement a weight never provides.
