This decision was partly due to a trademark claim from AT3 Tactical. A3 Industries aims to focus on innovation and high-quality offerings for the 2A community.
A3 Industries state “We’re excited to announce that A3 Tactical is rebranding as A3 Industries to better reflect our commitment to innovation beyond the “tactical” threshold. This change aligns with our roots as A3 Design, which began over a decade ago specializing in automotive specialty products. One factor in this rebrand was a trademark assertion by “AT3 Tactical”. While we firmly believe their claim lacked merit-especially given the distinct differences between our product lines—we ultimately chose to move forward as A3 Industries rather than engage in a prolonged legal dispute. Instead of spending time in court, we’d much rather focus on what we do best: working with our engineers and the 2A community to develop high-quality, innovative, and competitively priced products. A3 Industries respects the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect the same in return. We’re excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing to serve our customers with the same passion and dedication.”
