The MED-T is a belt-mounted medical pouch by T.REX Arms, designed for quick access to critical components addressing massive hemorrhage, airway, and respiratory injuries. It is MOLLE compatible, features a quick-open tab, and includes a holder for trauma shears. Its design ensures optimized space for the MED-T Fill Kit essentials.

T.REX Arms states “The MED-T is a belt-mounted tear-away medical pouch. Its internal layout is designed specifically around our MED-T Fill Kit to optimize space and accessibility. The fill kit contents cover as much of the MARCH algorithm (Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respirations) as possible while maintaining a reasonable size and weight for belt-mounted use. The MED-T Platform is MOLLE compatible and offers a 1.75″ belt pass-through for direct mounting to our Speed Belt or other similar-sized belts. The MED-T also features a quick-open pull tab, an ambidextrous shear holder, and an elastic loop for tourniquets.”
