Turner CNC and Ed’s Manifesto have teamed up again in the latest Elvia fixed blade knife release featured in Black DLC.

Turner CNC states “The Elvia is a collaboration between Turner CNC, Inc. and Ed Calderon of Ed’s Manifesto.

The Elvia is Ed’s signature blade design and it is directly inspired by a knife his mother used to carry every day.

Our version of the Elvia features a 3D machined CPM 3V blade. The Elvia blade transitions from a hollow grind at the heel for increased cutting performance, to a flat grind at the tip for strength.

CPM 3V is a Crucible powdered metal steel that has high toughness while still having good edge retention.

Our blades are all professionally vaccum heat treated and then liquid nitrogen treated for maximum toughness.

The handle scales are CNC textured black G10 and are affixed to the skeletonized full tang with our custom 17-4 stainless hardened hardware.

Our in-house made hardware is removable using a penny allowing for storage under the scales and field maintenance without special tools.

The sheath is an ambidextrous Kydex deep carry design.

The sheath comes with a Discreet Carry Concepts Mod W clip, and the clip is removable for different clips or carry methods.

Diamond Like Carbon (DLC): This is a premier finish option and one of the best available in the industry.

It resists scratches and corrosion better than almost any other coating.

It is permanently bonded to the surface of the steel and will not flake or peel.”
