Ed Brown Products has announced their latest offering and this time it’s not a custom 1911 but a blade.
The S1 Folder Knife in collaboration with Spartan Blades.
Ed Brown Products states “The Ed Brown S1 features “Snakeskin” engraved pattern on the grip scales paying homage to Snakeskin treatment found on the popular Kobra Carry.
The overall shape harkens to the Ed Brown Bobtail® with its graceful lines.
Tied together with black mil spec hard anodizing, a S35VN blade with black tungsten DLC (Diamond-Like Coating), stainless steel hardware and a stonewashed titanium clip.
The S1 utilizes a set of stainless steel caged alpha bearings on the pivot with a stainless steel race.
The handcrafted blade can be opened with a quick flick of the flipper tab or thumb stud.
It can be carried securely tip-up in your pocket thanks to the titanium arrow clip. This knife is built for a lifetime of use.”
