The Small Batch SORIX from the Weatherby Custom Shop starts with the same field-proven SORIX platform and adds performance upgrades designed to elevate the platform. The bolt is polished and counter-drilled with small dimples to reduce bearing surface area while helping retain oil within the receiver rails. The result is less friction and smoother operation of the inertia system. Finished in a unique Field Worn Cerakote pattern, this Small Batch SORIX gives a nod to our Endurance Tested, Field Proven mindset. It includes the five standard inline chokes plus a Patternmaster Anaconda Mid Range choke for added versatility in the field.
