Sightmark announces the G-Shot, a red dot sight designed to mount directly to factory Glock® slides without milling, adapter plates, or gunsmithing. Compatible with most Gen 3, 4, and 5 Glock® models out of the box—including the G17, G19, and G26—the G-Shot is intended for everyday carry, home defense, and range use.
Standard OEM Glock slides do not accept most red dot sights without aftermarket modification. The G-Shot is designed to address this by fitting unmodified factory slides, eliminating the need for custom slide work or third-party mounting hardware.
The sight features a 3 MOA dot reticle with automatic brightness adjustment based on ambient lighting conditions. The housing is cast aluminum with an IP67 waterproof rating. Power comes from a single CR1632 battery rated for up to 16,000 hours of continuous use, which allows the sight to remain active without manual shutdown between sessions.
