Made from chrome-lined, phosphate-coated 4150 CMV steel, these barrels are chambered in .223 Wylde and feature a 1:8 twist rate. Available in 11.5″ and 13.9″ lengths, each barrel is machined from premium 4150 CMV steel (300 Series) and profiled for real-world performance. The contour is specifically designed to promote even heat distribution, allowing the barrel to heat up and cool down more uniformly, minimizing point-of-impact (POI) shift during sustained or high-volume fire. Weight is strategically biased toward the receiver, improving balance and handling by keeping more of its mass closer to the shooter (closer to the receiver). This results in a system that feels more responsive and less fatiguing during extended use.
Additionally, the barrel profile provides the structural support needed to effectively handle suppressor weight, reducing POI shift. This ensures a greater level of consistency between shooting suppressed or unsuppressed.
Complementing the barrel is our EPA-750 gas block, precision-machined from 4140 steel. This material was specifically chosen for its similar thermal expansion characteristics to the 4150 CMV barrel steel, ensuring a consistent interface under temperature fluctuations. Combined with high-temperature internal seals, this design maintains a tight, reliable seal, preventing leakage and promoting dependable cycling across a wide range of operating conditions.
To simplify and reduce improper installation, each barrel includes multiple alignment features. Dual dimples located at the 6 o’clock position correspond directly with the gas block set screw spacing, ensuring secure mounting. At the 12 o’clock position, an index cut interfaces with the gas block tab, providing an additional layer of alignment assurance and simplifying installation. The result is a complete barrel system designed for durability, balance, and performance-built to meet the demands of professionals who rely on their equipment every day.”
