Derya Arms has launched the DY9Z, a 9mm striker-fired semi-automatic pistol designed for concealed carry, with a 15+1 round capacity and optics-ready slide. Available in 10 frame colors, the DY9Z features a polymer grip, customizable backstraps, and includes a compatible 15-round magazine. It is set for holiday availability.

Introduced at the GOALS show in August with plans for a holiday-season rollout, the DY9Z is now available to meet demand in time for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the broader holiday period. The pistol arrives with 10 frame color options, fulfilling production targets for broad personalization.
This pistol provides 15+1 round capacity in a micro-compact frame, with an optics-ready slide for direct red dot integration and forged steel components for consistent performance. The DY9Z draws on Derya Arms’ focus on practical innovation, combining Turkish manufacturing precision with options that fit individual preferences.
Alongside the pistol, Derya Arms introduces the DY9Z 15-round magazine, compatible with the DY9Z, Glock 43X, and PSA Micro Dagger. When pairing this magazine with a Glock 43X or PSA Micro Dagger, Derya recommends upgrading to its metal magazine catch for those platforms to ensure optimal performance. The DY9Z itself features a proprietary metal magazine catch, designed to provide secure and consistent operation while minimizing potential issues.”
