BOE Suppression offers the Mod 1 and Mod 1S suppressors, combining advanced performance with customizable designs. The Mod 1 balances size and suppression without backpressure, while the ultra-compact Mod 1S provides full-size performance in a small form. Both designs emphasize durability, serviceability, and minimal impact on weapon functionality.
BOE Suppression states “The BOE Mod 1 and Mod 1S deliver advanced suppressor performance with user-focused, customizable designs. The Mod 1 balances size, suppression, and signature reduction without backpressure, while the ultra-compact 4.6” Mod 1S offers full-size performance in a durable, configurable form.”
CONFIGURATIONS:
MOD 1:
The BOE Mod 1 is the perfect balance of size, sound suppression and signature reduction without adding back pressure into the weapon system, thanks to our patented pressure equalization technology. The Mod 1 exemplifies true next-generation suppressor technology and user-focused design with numerous options for caliber, material, and configuration.
MOD 1S:
Full-size sound in a miniature form. The BOE Mod 1S maximizes performance while minimizing size, with a ratio that is unheard of in the field of ultra-compact firearms suppressors. At just 4.6”, the Mod 1S is the ultimate compact suppressor solution built for hard use while also having the same fully serviceable and configurable design as the larger Mod 1.
FEATURES:
GAS BLOWBACK & BACK GASSING
A key feature of the BOE design is its minimal impact on the weapon system. Thanks to our advanced pressure equalization technology and optimized geometries, the suppressor does not introduce noticeable back pressure. This results in reduced wear on the weapon and lower toxic exposure for the operator.
ACCURACY AND POI SHIFT
The BOE design utilizes a completely symmetrical inner core with a concentric inner aperture. This ensures that projectiles are stabilized properly with even pressure dispersion for enhanced accuracy and minimal point of impact shift.
FLASH REDUCTION
Every effort has been made in the design of this advanced suppressor to reduce the sound signature of the host weapon, while also essentially eliminating the visual signature or flash of the weapon system. This is achieved through the caliber-specific design of the suppressor’s inner core as well as the endcap in both vented and non-vented variations.
SERVICEABILITY AND SURVIVABILITY
Each BOE suppressor is engineered for full serviceability through a straightforward two-piece design, allowing for easy maintenance by the end user or armorer. This design ensures that proper inspection and cleaning can be easily performed on the system. This design also ensures that the outer tube of the suppressor will not be damaged and will remain functional if the suppressor is damaged through misalignment or projectile failure. The core of the system acts as a failsafe and can easily be replaced with no down time.
D360™ ENHANCED COATING TECHNOLOGY
The D360™ coating process is designed to improve the durability and serviceability of BOE suppressors. This multi-stage coating provides comprehensive coverage of both internal and external surfaces unlike other suppressors. The D360™ coating significantly reduces internal surface erosion and features strong carbon-phobic properties to minimize carbon buildup.
