Strike Industries has debuted the new DNVM14 Hexion Tech Digital Night Vision Monocular.

Strike Industries state “Introducing Hexion Tech’s Digital Night Vision Monocular, the DNVM14.

The DNVM14 is an impressive device that features black and white digital night vision produced by a Super CMOS sensor, not unlike what can be found in high end mirrorless cameras these days. At this level of night vision the unit is incredibly affordable with unmatched clarity and extremely long battery life.

Powered by either a RCR123A or 18650, on a single 18650, battery life exceeds 7-8 hours depending on battery capacity. The unit comes out of the box ready to accept RCR123A’s so if you want to run 18650’s simply install the battery tube extension cap. Included in the packaging is a data cable that can be used to connect to an external battery pack.

At the front of the unit, you’ll find a focus wheel, IR illuminator, and the plug-in port for the programming/power extension cable. Towards the rear of the unit, there is a diopter, eye-piece hood, and dual purpose button that is used to adjust IR output, screen brightness, and to toggle thru the menu settings. On the bottom of the unit is a standard 1/4″-20 threaded hole to attach the included T1 Mount Adapter. Also included is a Strike Industries T1 Riser Mount which will allow users to mount this device onto a top picatinny rail of their desired weapon platform.

This unit is of course also compatible with helmet use. Users will have to purchase a “J-arm” separately in order to properly mount the DNVM14 to their helmet.”
