Kastle Group in their ongoing product roll out has released the FRT-45A and FRT-45R offset mounts designed to interface with the FRT-226 optic mount.
Kastle Group states “The Kastle FRT-45R™ has been designed to work with our FRT-226™ optic mounts to allow you to attach any red dot sight utilizing the Trijicon® RMR™ footprint to the side of your FRT-226™ mount.
This solution is effective for a multitude of reasons including having a spare optic incase your primary goes down, holding dual zeros if your rifle is setup to shoot sub and supersonic ammo or when you find yourself shooting from compromising positions or need to manipulate from abnormal angles with obstacles.
Made in America from 7075-T6 aluminum and type III MIL SPEC hardcoat anodized in 5 available finishes.”
