Griffin Armament has introduced their latest suppressor mount with the new PLAN-A LONG, taper mount adapter in the universal 1.375×24 thread.
Griffin Armament states “The Taper Mount PLAN-A™ L adapter provides a Griffin Taper Mount interface for Griffin EXPLORR® Utility Mount suppressors, Silencerco® Hybrid™, OMEGA™, and Harvester 338™ as well as DEAD AIR ARMAMENT™ NOMAD™, and many other suppressors featuring the 1.375 X 24 threaded Universal mount interface.
The L model PLAN-A™ adds .730″ to the suppressor overall length, allowing compatibility of most of our Taper mount muzzle devices, even in suppressors where the distance to the blast baffle is shorter than most.
The attractive design patent pending cosmetic geometry affords a grip, allowing the end users to reduce the likelihood of the mount breaking loose when removing the suppressor from the muzzle adapter.
Six pin spanner slots are provided, permitting compatibility with OMEGA™ wrenches as well as our Bushwhacker™ wrench.
The light ~1.95 ounce weight allows end users access to these features in an attractive design, with minimal weight added.”
