Kalashnikov USA has announced the roll out of their much anticipated KP-104 semi Auto 7.62x39mm AK pattern pistol.
Kalashnikov USA states “The KP-104 is a semi-automatic pistol 100% made in the US with the reliability and authenticity of Kalashnikov USA®.
It is based off the Russian AK104. It comes with a 12.25 inch cold-hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel.
This gas-operated AK is chambered in 7.62x39mm and feeds from any standard AK style magazine. It also comes with a forged trunnion, a forged carrier, and a side optic rail.
Highly dependable, the KP-104 is made for American AK lovers.
It makes for a rugged and durable addition to your firearms collection and is easy to operate and carry with its compact dimensions and weight.”
KEY POINTS:
• The KP-104 comes with a 5.5mm rear trunnion that can accept stocks, tubes and braces that fit a 5.5mm pin rear trunnion.
• The chrome-lined, hammer-forged barrel is well suited for heavy firing schedules and provides a long barrel life.
• The KP-104 pistol can be converted to a short-barreled rifle (SBR) which is a NFA firearm, that requires additional Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) paperwork. Do not alter the configuration of this firearm without a full understanding of, and compliance with, applicable state, federal, and ATF laws and regulations.
