Quentin Defense has announced the release of the D-9 80 percent billet lower builder kits.

Quentin Defense states “Build your own D-9 with our 80% Builder Kits, this kit contains everything you need to build your own firearm.

This kit contains an 80% lower receiver and DOES NOT need to be shipped to an FFL.”
