Volquartsen Custom Firearms has announced their latest offering in precision competition pistols with the Mamba-X.

Volquartsen Custom Firearms states “Competition shooters are always looking for that “little something” that will save even a fraction of a second.

The Black Mamba-X and its multiple hole mounting locations will do just that.

Keeping the red dot mounted as low to the bore-axis as possible makes for faster sight acquisition and there is no better way to do that than to mount the red dot directly to the upper.

The Black Mamba-X is built using our LLV-4X 4.5″ Competition Upper that features an integrally machined universal red dot mount.

The Black Mamba-X is a competition ready pistol in a push-button takedown configuration.

Nothing strikes with the speed and agility of the Black Mamba.

It combines features from the Volquartsen Scorpion 22 LR Target Pistol along with the push-button takedown functionality of the Ruger® MK IV™ 22/45 frame.”
