Springfield Armory has recently announced the expansion of their Ronin Operator series of 1911 pistols with the new 4.25 inch in both 9mm and 45ACP chamberings.

Springfield Armory states “Combining light weight and ease of carry with rugged reliability and strength, the new Ronin Operator 4.25″ is ready for everyday carry.

The two-tone pistol, available in both 9mm or .45 ACP, features a hot salt blued forged slide with a lightweight satin Cerakote-finished forged alloy frame.

This is a pistol built to deliver a lifetime of service.”

4.25″ HAMMER FORGED BARREL
The hammer-forged barrel of the Ronin Operator 4.25″ 1911 works with a traditional barrel bushing system.
LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINUM FRAME
​The pistol features a forged alloy frame with a satin Cerakote® finish, providing both light weight and long-term strength.
WOOD GRIPS / MAGAZINE BASE PAD
The laminate wood grips feature the Crossed Cannon logo, and the stainless steel magazine comes with a base pad.
