A Three-day Weekend Every Week
Our manufacturing facility runs around the clock, 7 days a week in an effort to keep up with high demand. The workforce encompasses four 12 hour rotating shifts as follows:1st shift – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6am to 6pm and a 6-hour shift Thursday.
2nd shift – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6pm to 6am and a 6-hour shift Thursday.
3rd shift – 6-hour shift Thursday and Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6am to 6pm
4th shift – 6-hour shift Thursday and Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6pm to 6amThe Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts receive a differential for working the weekends equaling 40 hours.

What type of training will l need?
Depending on the position, you may or may not need prior training. Only the willingness to succeed. Not only will you learn about AR 15 barrels and AR replacement parts you are supplied with on the job training from our senior staff that you will use and appreciate the rest of your life.
What pre-job screenings are required to work at Ballistic Advantage?
Since this is the firearms industry, you must have a clean background check and pass a pre-employment drug test prior to employment.
How is my performance evaluated after employment?
After completing your 90-day probationary period you will be re-evaluated and compensation adjustments may or may not be awarded. We do personnel evaluations every 90 days that include time-bound goals for personal growth and advancement opportunities for every employee.
Do you offer any incentive pay for outstanding production workers?
Yes, we do. Productivity is monitored throughout the shop and production goals are set per part. If you complete more parts than the goal. You receive a piecework incentive.
