Hornady Manufacturing is accepting applications for a Customer Service Technician in Grand Island, NE. This position provides customer service at a highly technical level to meet our customer’s needs. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional knowledge of the Hornady product line and have a proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a timely manner over the phone, as well as through e-mail.
