Handling Dynamics and Practical Utility
Traditional handguns firing .22 LR are inherently fun and low-recoil, but adding a stabilizing brace fundamentally changes the performance envelope. The inclusion of the Strike Industries FSA Lite folding brace transforms the TX22 from a standard pistol into a hyper-stable platform capable of precise, rapid-fire engagements at extended rimfire distances.
When folded, the brace tucks neatly away for compact storage or transport, while deploying instantly when maximum stability is required. The TORO optics cut allows shooters to mount lightweight red dot sights for fast target acquisition, and the threaded muzzle invites the addition of a rimfire silencer, creating a whisper-quiet, incredibly accurate small-bore setup.
Target Operator Professional Profile
This platform is engineered for training enthusiasts, small-game hunters, backyard plinkers, and shooters looking for an affordable, highly controllable rimfire platform with minimal recoil and maximum fun factor.
Competitive Market Landscape
The market for braced .22 LR pistols and micro-carbines has expanded rapidly as shooters seek economical training tools that mimic larger-caliber PDW layouts.
By partnering with Strike Industries to factory-integrate the FSA Lite brace alongside an optics-ready slide and threaded barrel, Taurus delivers a cohesive out-of-the-box package that outclasses piecemeal aftermarket builds.
Definitive Field Assessment
The Taurus Brace-Ready TX22 with the Strike Industries FSA Lite brace is an exceptional addition to the TX22 dynasty. By combining enhanced stability, optic compatibility, and suppressor readiness, Taurus has created one of the most versatile rimfire packages available.
