Kovert Projects has teamed up with VKTR to launch the VKP Pro, a high-performance, duty-ready 9mm pistol engineered for the high-end competitive and tactical market. Built around a 4.40-inch custom-ported bull barrel featuring a 10-port array, the platform is designed to dramatically mitigate muzzle rise and flatten rapid-fire strings. Eschewing traditional 2011 conventions, the VKP Pro features a custom full-size aluminum grip with a deleted grip safety, paired with a crisp ~2.5 lb trigger pull. Out of the box, it ships as a complete turnkey kit, including four Atlas magazines (two 126mm and two 140mm) and three interchangeable optics plates supporting the ACRO, RMR, and DPP footprints, while entirely deleting the front iron sight for a clean, optic-only window. This is a boutique, precision-tuned machine aimed squarely at shooters who want custom-shop performance without the multi-year waitlist.
