B&T USA has significantly expanded its Herriman, Utah, operations to accommodate rising demand, increasing staff from three to over 55 and enhancing equipment. The facility now employs advanced technology to produce up to 7,000 suppressors monthly while improving quality control and customer service. Further expansion plans are underway.
B&T USA, a premier designer and manufacturer of suppressors, firearms and related accessories, today announced a significant expansion of its Herriman, Utah, operations facility, a buildout that has multiplied the company’s staff, equipment and in-house production capacity in less than a year.
B&T USA began upgrading the 88,000-square-foot facility and expanding staff in the fourth quarter of 2025. At the outset, the operation consisted of just three employees, two industrial 3-D printers and a single CNC machine. Today, the location employs more than 55 staff members and runs nine 3-D printers and seven CNC machines.
The staff expansion has brought aboard customer service representatives with proven experience in the suppressor and firearm industry, more than 20 machinists to run the fully operational in-house machine shop, and dedicated teams for quality assurance, assembly, shipping and receiving, and more.
The result is a facility that now handles product design and development, printing, machining, Cerakoting, engraving and shipping, all from a single location. By pairing an expanded team with leading-edge technology and in-house experts, B&T USA can now produce up to 7,000 suppressors per month, with enhanced quality control and assurance, reduced shipping times and improved customer service.
