On the rear left panel is the Mission San Miguel Arcangel, which was the sixteenth California Mission to be founded, also in 24k gold. On the rear right panel, the gun’s edition number is inside a scroll engraved in a biblical style.
San Miguel Arcángel is engraved in 24k gold, covering the front top of the slide. Below San Miguel Arcángel are heavenly clouds. He is depicted wearing armor, with his wings spread, while thrusting his sword into Satan, the fallen angel, portrayed in flames at the bottom of the slide.
The frame, slide and select control are all highly polished in a deep Colt Royal Blue finish. The controls are in 24k gold. The gun is made complete with a gold Colt Rampart medallion inserted on purple Kirinite grips representing spirituality, faith, peace and calmness.”
