RMJ Tactical has launched the Lincoln Steel Edition Knucks, weighing 6.6 ounces and crafted from 1018 mild steel. Inspired by President Lincoln’s friend, Ward Hill Lamon, these multifunctional knucks combine historical significance with modern utility. Their design includes various practical uses, making them an innovative addition to tactical tools.
RMH Tactical states “We love multipurpose tools, and our Lincoln Kn*&ks fit that roll in a lot of ways. Before we get to that, why the name Lincoln? President Lincoln’s personal friend and body guard, Ward Hill Lamon, carried this style, so we patterned ours from the original. He also carried 2 colt .44’s, a blackjack, 2 bowie knives, and a cane with a hidden sword. Who knew that back in the day they needed a four-finger meat tenderizer, napkin holder, paperweight, forehead scratcher, grill adjustment tool? We wrapped all of those features up in 6.6 ounces of 3/8″ thick 1018 mild steel with a plum brown, patina finish. These will rust if not oiled and cared for properly, but that can also add to the old school character.”
