Forge Concepts has launched the Breaching Tool Retention Cover (BTRC), designed to protect and secure various mechanical breaching tools like Halligans and hammers. It features a durable CURV® interior and high-density foam for user safety. The BTRC is compatible with multiple carrying options and comes in two sizes for versatility.
Forge Concepts state “The Breaching Tool Retention Cover (BTRC) provides end-user protection, tool protection, and retention for a wide range of mechanical breaching tools.
Designed based on a unit requirement to provide a flexible option for protecting and securing mechanical breaching tools, the BTRC works across all common mechanical breaching tools including Halligans, Hammers, Bolt Cutters, Wedges, and their derivatives. The BTRC is designed to mount to any breaching tool pouch, including our TNT Pouch™, back panel, plate carrier or other means of carriage as well as directly to breaching tools.
The BTRC has CURV® on the interior, which provides durability and protects against sharp edges/points. An internal layer of high density foam adds additional padding ensuring the end-user is protected from the tool. A removable grab handle enables self-indexing of breaching tools from a back panel.
The BTRC comes in two sizes designed for compatibility across a wide range of mechanical breaching tools.”
