Flux Defense has launched the Raider X Chop Top “El Camino,” a modification designed for improved concealability and rapid optic swaps, catering to professional and civilian users since 2021. The new model features cleanly machined optic mounts and a redesigned back cap, enhancing usability for dignitaries and security details.
Flux Defense states “This highly requested Raider X mod is now available from the Flux factory. The Chop Top is a modification that our professional and civilian customers having been doing since 2021. The purpose is to gain a little bit more concealability under a jacket or smaller bags. Heavily oriented towards dignitary, executive, and security details where concealability is everything.
Additional benefits from this version of the Raider is to have the lowest optic height over bore possible as well as make swapping from a slide mounted optic handgun to PDW as fast as possible.
In the past we have given instructions on how to chop your own Raider X top with a hacksaw and some sandpaper. Now we are machining the optic mounts off cleanly in house and offering them with a redesigned back cap.”
