An adjustable and interchangeable grab handle, including alternative color options, supports quick retrieval, while a hook-and-loop panel on the back enables secure integration into larger Tasmanian Tiger backpacks and medic bags. Additional features include a front hook-and-loop strip for identification and a transparent document sleeve for quick-reference materials. Designed to accommodate the Combat Medical® Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet (TMT™), the pouch incorporates internal elastic loops and four customizable attachment points to ensure the tourniquet remains secure while allowing user-specific configuration. The MOLLE reverse system enables streamlined mounting, requiring only a single MOLLE loop, making it an efficient addition to any load-bearing platform.
