Taurus USA debuts limited edition 20t Anniversary edition Judge revolver

Taurus USA celebrates the 20th anniversary of its iconic Judge revolver with a limited edition commemorative model. This special version features the original’s five-shot capacity and dual chambering for .45 Colt and .410 shotshells. It showcases enhanced craftsmanship, including engraved stainless steel, and premium wood grips with a gavel motif.

Taurus USA states “Twenty years ago, a simple video changed the firearms industry forever. A revolutionary handgun obliterating watermelons became the first gun video to go viral—and introduced the world to a new category of handgun. That firearm was the Taurus Judge.

Now, on the 20th anniversary of its debut, Taurus USA is proud to announce the 20th Anniversary Taurus Judge, a special commemorative edition honoring one of the most recognizable and best-selling handguns of all time.

At its core, the 20th Anniversary Judge remains true to what made the original legendary. The revolver features a five-shot capacity and is chambered to fire both .45 Colt cartridges and .410 shotshells, accepting up to 2.5-inch shells. A brass rod front sight adds a classic touch while maintaining practical shootability.

What truly sets this commemorative model apart is its craftsmanship and attention to detail. The stainless-steel frame and cylinder are engraved on both sides, elevating the Judge to presentation-grade status. The left side of the barrel proudly bears the “20th Anniversary” designation, while the right side features the handgun’s iconic name. Completing the tribute, the premium wood grips are engraved with a detailed gavel motif, a nod to the Judge’s unmistakable identity.”
