Ultradyne rolls out the new UD Picatinny Chassis

Ultradyne introduces the UD Picatinny Chassis, enhancing the original design with a rear Picatinny mount for quick-detach stocks and improved ergonomics. Features include adjustable grip systems, a thumb rest, and a spare-round holder. The chassis maintains compatibility with mil-spec components and offers versatility for precise shooting applications.

Ultradyne states “All the performance of the UD Chassis, now with a Picatinny rear mount for instant-detach stocks and next-level ergonomics.

The UD Picatinny Chassis refines the proven platform of the UD Chassis into a more practical, more adaptable option for the modern rifle owner. We replaced the traditional buffer-tube interface with a robust, rear Picatinny mounting point so your buttstock detaches quickly for compact transport or tight storage without compromising repeatable return-to-zero.

Ergonomics were a primary focus in our design. The chassis accepts our new adjustable grip system so shooters can customize trigger-finger distance to their preference, and the adjustable thumb rest lets you tune positioning for repeatability and comfort. We also added a dedicated spare-round holder location that keeps two extra rounds secure and accessible.

Functionally, the Picatinny Chassis remains uncompromising. It keeps compatibility with mil-spec AR grips, accepts detachable AICS magazines, and retains the integrated ARCA rail along the forend with M-LOK slots for accessories. A forward spigot location gives optional ARCA length extension, and a NV bridge mount provides a clip-on thermal/optic interface. The result: a chassis that’s transportable, configurable, and purpose-built for precision.”
