Defense Distributors introduces the MultiMount Mic U-94/A PTT Guard, designed to prevent accidental activations in operational environments. It features a protective wall around the activation button to avoid hotmic scenarios. The PTT Guard is compatible with MultiMount Mic PTT models P1, P1C, and Disco32 U-94/A NATO PTTs.

Having large activation buttons is nice, but in an operational environment it can be easy to accidentally activate, leading to a hotmic scenario. In order to prevent this, our PTT Guard clips into the outside of your PTT and prevents any un-intentional activation by creating a wall around the outside of the button.”
