Arisaka Defense releases the new Offset Scout Mount in Q-sert

Arisaka Defense has launched the Offset Scout Mount designed for Q-Sert direct thread handguards, compatible with various weapon lights. This low-profile mount features adjustable orientation and multiple position options for optimal light placement and clearance. Its integrated anti-rotation QD swivel socket enhances functionality for tactical setups.

Arisaka Defense states “This version of the Offset Scout Mount is specific to Q-Sert direct thread handguards and will not function with M-Lok or other interfaces.

The Patented Arisaka Offset Scout Mount is designed specifically for the Surefire Scout Light M600 and M300 series weapon lights, the Modlite PLH and OKW weapon lights, the Arisaka 300, 600 and 18650 Series Lights, the Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1, 2 and HL-X (non-laser), and Olight Odin. It replaces the stock Picatinny rail adapter with a low profile mount for Q-Sert handguards and also includes an integrated anti-rotation QD swivel socket.

The Offset Scout Mount can be oriented upward or downward to accommodate multiple light positions and to give clearance around laser aiming devices. Oriented upwards, the light is located at approximately the 1:30 or 10:30 clock positions. Oriented downwards, the light is located at approximately the 4:30 or 6:30 clock positions, which is useful in combination with the B.E. Meyers MAWL. Two sets of light mount holes are provided to increase fore and aft position options for the light, as the Q-Sert mounting hole spacing is quite wide.

The Offset Scout Mount also provides three lateral mounting positions for the light body, which allows the user to position the light closer or farther away from the top rail, front sights, or other accessories. Three positions are provided, spanning approximately 0.240″. When used with the Arisaka 300 Series Light Body or 600 Series Light Body, even more clearance can be gained for larger front sights.”
