Herrington Arms has launched the HC95 Compensator for Glock Gen5 and Gen4 models. The HC95V2, an enhancement over previous designs, offers a 35% reduction in muzzle flip, surpassing its predecessor. It fits standard and aftermarket slides and requires a break-in of 500 rounds with compatible threaded barrels for optimal performance.
Herrington Arms states “The Herrington Arms HC95V2 is designed to fit the contour of the Glock Gen 5 slides (Fins) AND our no fin version can fit Gen 4 slides or aftermarket Glock slides. This compensator is based off the designs of our old HC9XL and our HC95V1. We combined the efficient port geometry from the HC9XL and the esthetics of the HC95V1 to make the HC95V2 into what it is today. This is our most efficient Glock compensator when it comes to muzzle flip reduction. The HC95V2 will work with the stock springs provided your gun has gone through our recommended break in period of 500 rounds of factory new ammunition with the threaded barrel you intend to use with the firearm before installing a compensator. We’ve found that this compensator has a 35% muzzle flip reduction (8% more than the HC95V1) depending on what 9mm load and Glock model is used.”
