The MDT CORE Bottom Metal allows shooters to run AICS-pattern magazines in factory or aftermarket Tikka stocks that feature a CTR bottom metal cutout—including the Tikka CTR, UPR, Arctic, and Ranch models, as well as premium aftermarket options like Pure Precision and Manners.
Built around the ideals of modularity and simplicity, the MDT CORE Bottom Metal gives Tikka owners the flexibility to configure their rifle system without compromise. When paired with a long-action barreled action, the CORE Bottom Metal can also be used in a short-action Tikka stock with a CTR bottom metal profile, offering unmatched versatility in stock and action combinations.
Key features include an ambidextrous magazine latch for intuitive operation from either side of the rifle, as well as compatibility with MDT’s adjustable ambidextrous latch system (sold separately) for further customization.”
