Raptor Tactical is finalizing magazine prototypes for the NGSW M250 and MMG-338, designed for durability and reliability during field use. The M250 is a lightweight, belt-fed machine gun utilizing the new 6.8×51 round, while the MMG-338 offers medium-range firepower with .338 Norma Magnum capability. Testing is in progress.
Raptor Tactical states “We’re proud to announce we’re finishing magazine prototypes for both the NGSW M250 and the MMG-338. These prototypes are engineered to match the platforms’ feed geometry and durability requirements — built for rigorous field use and repeatable reliability. Final testing and validation are underway.“
The M250 (SIG LMG 6.8) is the Next-Gen light machine gun built for decisive squads: belt-fed, gas-operated and chambered in the new 6.8×51 (.277) round for extended range and terminal performance. Its free-floating, reinforced M-LOK handguard gives direct accessory mounting where operators need it — modularity engineered for combat. The SIG MMG-338 (formerly MG338) brings .338 Norma Magnum reach and sustained fire for medium-range suppression.”
