Phantom Defense teams up with Raid Research in Phantom branded ACRO extended battery caps

Phantom Defense has partnered with Raid Research to launch Phantom branded ACRO extended battery caps. These caps allow storage for an extra battery or a single CR2050 and feature a new flat-spring design for consistent pressure. Made from durable 7075T6 aluminum, they provide enhanced grip and ease of access.

Phantom Defense states ” Phantom x Raid Research extended battery caps, designed by Raid Research and manufactured here in the USA. These battery caps are not just an aesthetic upgrade, they also give you capacity to store an extra battery or run a single CR2050 and extend battery life. On top of that they also provide you with more purchase on the battery cap itself. No tool required for access to the battery compartment.”

Raid Research states “This battery cap has been designed with simplicity and improvement in mind. It includes a new flat-spring that we have incorporated into the bottom of the battery cap to keep a safe and constant pressure on the seated battery in your optic while allowing for storage of an additional battery. These caps come with “donut” that you can insert in place of a second battery for the scenario you do not want to run two batteries stored in the cap while using the Aimpoint Micro Series (T-1/T-2 and H-1/H-2). We have improved the circumference texture with aggressive but comfortable knurling to account for use in wet, cold and gloved conditions. This product is brought to you by Raid Research and Shadow Strategic with the intent to bring you a solid and robust product. All caps are made of 7075T6 aluminum in the USA.”
