Steiner announces the addition of the RFP Reticle to its H6Xi riflescope series, designed for modern hunters. Featuring two models (2-12x42mm and 3-18x50mm), these scopes offer quick target acquisition, a consistent reticle size, and adjustable illumination. Built to withstand harsh conditions, they come with the Steiner Heritage Warranty for product longevity.

Steiner states “Steiner, known for manufacturing precision, military-grade optics built to tackle the toughest conditions, delivered a big win for hunters with the launch of its H6Xi riflescopes. Building on the proven technology of Steiner’s T6Xi-series tactical riflescopes, the H6Xi optics blend that same military toughness with features catering to the needs of the modern hunter. Now, Steiner expands the H6Xi riflescope’s versatility and field functionality with the release of two new models featuring a rear focal plane reticle.

Available in 2-12x42mm and 3-18x50mm optical ranges, Steiner developed the H6Xi RFP riflescopes specifically for hunters who need quick target acquisition and confident sight picture familiarity in the most challenging hunting environments.

Boasting Steiner’s MHR RFP (Modern Hunting Reticle, Rear Focal Plane), the new riflescopes boast prominent duplex-style crosshairs that are easy to locate and fast to draw the eye toward a fine center aiming point. Because the reticle is positioned in the rear focal plane, the reticle size remains the same regardless of the magnification setting. This is ideal for hunters engaging game at closer distances or in low light conditions since the reticle remains easy to see at low magnification.

When it is time to increase magnification for longer-distance shots, hunters can employ the BDC subtensions along the lower vertical axis to rapidly adjust for bullet drop without the need for dialing in the holdover. Windage hold points along the horizontal axis provide for wind correction.

Both RFP models incorporate adjustable illumination in the reticle tree for optimal sighting in bright or low light conditions.

Regardless of the hunting environment or shot challenges, the H6Xi-series riflescopes stand ready with their waterproof, fog proof, and shockproof construction, clear, high-density glass, and advanced lens coatings that provide exceptional dawn-to-dusk light transmission and clarity. Equally important are the scopes’ lightweight and compact design, which make for an easier day when traversing rough country and heavy cover.

As with all Steiner optics, the new H6Xi RFP riflescopes come with the outstanding Steiner Heritage Warranty, which is good for the life of the product.”
