HRT Tactical Gear has introduced the new Recon Expandable Placard, designed for versatility and modularity. It features an expandable main pocket for up to four AR15 magazines, Velcro-covered MOLLE/PALS fields for attaching pouches, and is constructed from durable Cordura fabric. The placard ensures a tailored fit with adjustable ride height and comes with a lifetime warranty.
HRT Tactical Gear states “The HRT RECON Placard was designed for maximum scalability and modularity, whether used as a standalone chest rig or mounted to any plate carrier. Built for mission adaptability, the RECON Placard features an expandable main pocket capable of holding up to (4) 5.56 AR15 magazines. It includes a (3) mag elastic AR15 insert and can be scaled to hold (2) heavy or (4) standard AR-style magazines based on operational needs.
The front of the placard is lined with a Velcro-covered MOLLE/PALS field (6 rows x 3 columns), allowing for secure attachment of additional pouches or accessories. MOLLE/PALS fields are also present on the sides and bottom, further expanding loadout potential. The RECON also incorporates side loops designed for quick-release tubes or 1” hardware, with additional attachment points at the bottom for dangler-style pouches.
Constructed from rugged 500/500 laminated Denier Cordura, the RECON Placard is made in the USA and backed by a Lifetime Warranty. Its adjustable ride height ensures a tailored fit to various carriers or configurations. Whether securing a tourniquet, breaching charge, or additional pouches using shock cord or One-Wrap, the RECON adapts to your mission profile.
