Ops-Core introduces the FAST® SF Next Generation Headborne System, the lightest ballistic helmet yet worn by USSOCOM. Key features include a 10-15% weight reduction, enhanced wearability, the LockDown™ Liner for comfort and airflow, and the adjustable Head-Loc® FLEX Chinstrap. This system allows seamless integration with various Ops-Core tactical gear.

Lighter FAST SF Ballistic Shell
- Same ballistic performance as Legacy FAST SF with a system weight reduction 10-15% depending on size.
- Thinner lighter designed shell for enhanced wearability.
- Designed with PowerPath ARC Rails that features a unique, behind-the-rail channel for the safe routing of NVG cables.
Lockdown™ Liner System
- A one-size-fits-all tailored liner system built upon comfort and airflow.
- Strategically placed pads to maximize airflow through the helmet.
- Moisture-wicking fabric and reticulated foam: lightweight, dries quickly, and anti-microbial.
- Pad orientation and placement accommodate over-the-ear hearing protection, with no hot spots.
- A super-conformable nape pad (back of the neck) and cable Occ-Dial® system to tighten.
Head-Loc® FLEX Chinstrap
- Revamped retention system with end-user input for a more modular and comfortable design.
- Convertible chin cup allows the user to wear the strap over or under the chin, whichever is more comfortable.
- The chin cup position is entirely adjustable.
- Optimized buckles and sliders improve usability and eliminate the need for mask extenders in most cases.
- The Head-Loc® FLEX Chinstrap can be retrofitted in all legacy helmets with the new Lockdown Liner System.
