Ruger has launched the Marlin Model 1894 in the Dark Series, featuring two lever-action rifle models in .44 Rem Mag and .357 Mag. Notable features include a nylon-reinforced polymer stock, an aluminum handguard with M-LOK, a threaded barrel, and enhanced sights for low light. These rifles modernize the classic design.

Ruger states “The Marlin Model 1894 is now available in the Dark Series family of lever-action rifles. These two models, offered in .44 Rem Mag and .357 Mag, feature a nylon-reinforced polymer stock and an aluminum handguard with M-LOK and QD attachment capability. The Dark Series rifles bring a modern look to the classic Marlin rifle.”

  • Anodized aluminum handguard features M-LOK® attachment slots for mounting of accessories.
  • Threaded barrel, with factory-installed radial muzzle brake, allows for installation of other barrel accessories. Thread protector also included.
  • Fiber optic front sight with a tritium ring for improved visibility in low light conditions.
  • Picatinny rail provides a stable mounting surface for scope rings and a variety of optics.
  • Generous recoil pad that effectively absorbs recoil. Cheek riser included for an optimum sight picture when using an optic.
