Herrington Arms has launched a new Universal Rimfire Compensator that resembles a thread protector while providing recoil reduction. Compatible with most rimfire setups, it features a multi-port design and four tension lock o-rings for secure installation. Made from USA-sourced stainless steel, it’s particularly effective on .22 rimfire builds.

Herrington Arms states “This is the RIMFIRE UNIVERSAL compensator with a similar form function as a thread protector but offers the same recoil reduction as a compensator! Please note that this fits most rimfire pistol and rifle setups. However, the barrel will protrude into the first port on some of the longer barrels, like on a Smith and Wesson 15-22. This has been tested and proven to be safe and has not caused any issues. This compensator was initially designed for the Ruger Mark IV and has proven to be a great attachment to provide a small amount of recoil reduction and a great aesthetic for a .22 rimfire build!”

KEY FEATURES:

  • The multi-port design has been proven to give the best recoil impulse for rimfire.
  • The overall length is 1.100″.
