It features a robust design with a heavy-duty bottom picatinny rail compatible with grenade launchers, eliminating deflection through a twin lug fastening system. Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, it includes MLOK slots, ensuring increased accuracy and durability.
KAK industry states “These Handguards feature a full heavy duty bottom picatinny for use with rail mounted grenade launchers such as the rail mount M203 or other picatinny accessories. Bottom slots are aligned for a perfect fitment to receiver for mounting LMT rail mounted launchers.
Our twin lug fastening system pulls the handguard firmly against the barrel nut, eliminating handguard deflection, while the anti-rotation tabs guarantee that the handguard is in perfect alignment with your upper receiver. Unlike the pressure clamps used on many handguards, our mounting system ensures that your handguard will not detach from the upper or rotate out of place. Our Handguard design is incredibly rigid in combination with our HD barrel nut and heavy-duty mounting hardware.”
