The GBRS Group highlights the growing popularity of the ACRO optic among LEO/MIL units and civilians due to its ruggedness and closed emitter design. The LERNA mount enhances efficiency by ensuring an optimal optic height, allowing users to maintain a natural posture and improve situational awareness despite gear obstructions.
GBRS Group states “Without doubt the ACRO is a fast becoming the go-to optic for many of our professional LEO/MIL Units and the civilian sector. It’s rugged and dependable and the closed emitter gives a near 100% solution to environmental factors. Making it a truly versatile option.
One thing we love to do is reduce variables. So by Introducing the LERNA to the ACRO we can now effectively use our desired optic at the height we know to be optimal. In addition if your running an ACRO on your pistol you don’t have to compromise or include a variation on your Primary. One reticle pattern, one aperture size, one battery type etc.”
ABOUT THE THE LERNA MOUNT
Lerna is the first stand-alone optic mount designed for end-users that offers a 2.91” Optic Centerline for faster target ID, regardless of gear/equipment obstructions, ie. EarPro/Comms headsets, Gas masks/CBRN, and Night vision use. A higher Optic allows for a more athletic posture and “Heads up” attitude that enables the end-users to maintain a vertical spine which translates to body armor or “presenting plates” to the threat. This “Heads up” style allows for faster processing speed and increased situational awareness.
