Reptilia Corp has released their latest in superior optic mounting solutions with the new RMU™ mount for magnifiers.
Reptilia Corp states “The RMU™ Mount for Magnifiers by Reptilia® is a lightweight, slim-line solution manufactured at the request of a user group. The RMU Mount for Magnifiers lifts 3x and 6x magnifiers 0.39″ in their original mounts (typically 39mm/1.54” height) to alight with a 1.93” height mounted red dot optic such as our DOT Mount for Micros. It could also be used for BUIS or other optic configurations to lift them up.
The RMU Mount for Magnifiers is machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum with Milspec Type III hard anodized finish, the RMU Mount attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail, and offers optimal sight placement with an increase in height of .39 inches. Its spring-loaded nitrided steel clamp and mounting bolt simplify the installation process, and sit flush with the body of the mount for a low-profile, anti-snag design.”
