Our two lockdown systems (K1 & K2) embody a robust and ingenious solution for securing the castle nut onto the end plate, aligning perfectly with our commitment to innovation and excellence.
The K1 system incorporates a precision-engineered tapered castle nut that securely fastens itself to the 17-4 stainless steel castle nut & end plate with a durable black nitride or case-hardened finish.
This ultra-precise, snug fit allows the castle nut to firmly seat and seal itself in place, eliminating the need for additional staking procedures.
With no ratcheting, set screws, risk of backing out, or failures, the K1 system offers exceptional reliability and peace of mind.
This system provides an alternative option for securing the castle nut onto the end plate with the same high level of reliability and innovation that defines our brand.”
