KOENG has debuted their latest offering with the new M17 | M18 | P320 chassis.
KOENG states “The KOENG Sig Sauer M17 | M18 | P320 chassis, PN 08-010, is designed to meet the following requirements for applications where a long gun such as AR / M4 is too cumbersome and a typical handgun is insufficient.
A system that is lightweight, compact, simple to operate, and capable of 0-100 yard connectivity.”
KEY FEATURES:
- Open modular optic and accessory mounting interfaces provide added flexibility for proprietary customization and third-party extensions.
- Forward optic mounting options give better peripheral vision and facilitate passive aiming with PPE / NOD.
- A forward mounted optic also allows retention of handgun slide muscle memory, eliminates the need for a reciprocating charging handle, and helps minimizes the effects of parallax.
- Integrated spare magazine holder with a canted well opening (20% larger) to facilitate reloads and a peek window on both sides for quick ammo status check.
- Integrated rear extension with an ambidextrous sling point and a MIL-STD 1913 (Picatinny) rail for accessory attachment.
- Extended fore MIL-STD 1913 rail section for a compatible accessory such as a weapon-mounted light to be attached.
- Built-in clearance for suppressors with dimensions similar to Sig Sauer MOD-X9.
- Fault tolerant design allows the system to continue to function with reduced capabilities in the face of certain breakages.
