Our thorough process involves embedding woven carbon fibers into resin, followed by autoclave curing, resulting in a uniform, high-end material system the same as those employed in aviation, aerospace, and top-tier racing cars.”
The carbon fiber components undergo manufacturing and curing at the same Slovak facility that is a distinguished supplier of specialized carbon fiber components for entities such as the renowned Swedish supercar manufacturer.
The remaining stages of the manufacturing process, including hand-tapping, edge finishing, and drilling, are executed with precision in-house by FALCO artisans.
