Spinta Precision has debuted their latest offering for the AR-15 pattern with the new 5.56 SD-Enhanced Nitride Bolt Carrier Group (super Duty).

KEY DETAILS:

• For those that want an overbuilt bolt carrier group with added protection against failing
• OCKS (Optimized Carrier Key Screw) properly staked
• To improve gas efficiency, each gas key is hand flattened to true the surface
• Each carrier has a gasket hand applied between the gas key and the carrier
• Cam Pin is marked for consistent orientation to reduce wear and improve life of bolt
• Crane extractor O ring
• Enhanced carrier geometry with M16 profile(Larger rear OD, Sand cuts on forward rails to prevent carrier tilt)
• Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is designed to reduce carrier tilt/cant during recoil and increasing reliability by strategically relocating key bearing surfaces. The enhanced carrier has fewer points of contact resulting in less friction and keeps debris from interfering with function
• The QPQ nitride/melonite treatment hardens the surface to 70 RC and reduces friction as well as adding corrosion resistance inside and out
• Superior to chrome lined and parkerized bolt carrier groups
• MPI and HPT with 9310 bolt nitride/melonite treated
• Requires very little lubrication and has a very slick surface
• Corrosion resistance inside and out
