Odin Works has expanded on their premium barrel offerings with new Nitride finishes as a purchase option for the 223 Wylde, 300 BLK, and 6.5 Grendel.
Odin Works states “Our black nitrided barrels will match that look you need, while bringing you top of the line performance. All DI barrels include a black nitrided tunable gas block.”

I would sure like to know exactly what type of Nitride process Odin uses. Is it per SAE Standard AMS 2753 ? The term Nitride implies certain properties, but not all Nitride is equal.
